Free Halloween pumpkin basket template – perfect for candy, decoration, gifts, or even as a flower pot.
Dimensions: 274 × 206 × 182 mm (10.79 × 8.11 × 7.17 in), designed for 3 mm (0.12 in) material.
I am releasing this file as Public Domain, allowing you to use the template freely for both private and commercial purposes.
Instruction
Step1: General Information & Assembly
The video above shows you how to assemble the basket.
Each of the two XCS files (for 3 mm and 4 mm material) includes four canvases:
Canvas 1: Front parts
Canvas 2: Bottom and side parts
Canvas 3: Foil parts to enhance the pumpkin face effect from behind. You can use acrylic glass instead of laserable foil if preferred. These pieces are simply centered and glued to the back of the front panel.
Canvas 4: DIY files – templates for designing your own front or customizing the length of the bottom and side parts.
I recommend gluing all parts together thoroughly for best results.
Step2: Last But Not Least
With a bit of practice and experimentation, you can create countless unique spooky baskets.
