Step 1) This project starts off with an image generated with Xart AI, the image of a woman is then converted into a vector file. Then pieces of the image are removed by places ovals and circles created with the insert button. Each time a circle or oval is placed the combine feature is used to subtract it from the original vector. once enough is removed it is ready.

Step 2) Now wording is needed for the plaque, international Women's Day is typed out and placed beside the face of the woman. these words will be engraved.

Step 3) Now once the face and the wording are in place, a backing is created. this is done by outlining all of the created image. once set it becomes the backing. Then the face only is copy and pasted to create a second copy. The first one on the backing is set to be scored and the second face will be set to be cut. 

Step 4) Now that the laser machine has finished scoring, engraving and cutting the face is glued over the scoring and the plaque is ready to be displayed.
