By simply add double sided tape u can stick it to the wall. 

Or hang it with a rope, just by simply adding the next steps:

• Make Circle

• Place circle in the top middle of the whole design, select everything and make compound vector

• Make sure the setting are on cut (mine goes back to score after I make a coumpound vector
• Now u can simply hang it with a rope or something u want
