Information

Multilayered Door sign I use for a reminder. Of course, you can change the lettering to whatever you like. I constantly forget to close my garage, so this is a helpful reminder.

Pretty straightforward assembly. The back plate is cut from 6mm basswood. I attached ombre cardstock to it with wood glue before cutting. The front frame is cut from 3mm White oak. The background tree layer (green) is engraved with a lighter setting than the midground trees and rocks (blue). Then I used a green alcohol marker over the engraving. For the rocks, do not combine them. They need to stay separated for the detail to work properly. I used a light grey alcohol marker to shade them. I sourced my white acrylic from Hobby Lobby, but you can use whatever you like. You can also change the wording.
