Instructions for Engraving – Zodiac Designs

Import the Designs

Upload all zodiac images into xTool Creative Space.

Arrange them in the desired layout (as shown in two rows).

Group them together if you want to engrave them at once.

Mode Settings

On the right panel, select Multiple objects selected → Output: ON.

Choose Engrave.

Reference Setup

Use the One-click set function to adjust the laser head height.

Ensure the surface of the material is flat and fixed in place.

Engraving Parameters (from screenshot)

Power (%): 60%

Speed (mm/s): 270 mm/s

Pass: 1 (single pass)

Lines per cm: 220 (high detail)

Engraving mode: Bi-directional (faster processing)

Preview and Check

Use the preview to confirm positioning and spacing of all symbols.

Make sure the total engraved area matches your material size (example shown: approx. 246 × 139 mm).

Engraving

Start the engraving process.

After completion, check detail visibility. If needed, increase power or reduce speed for darker engraving.
