Instructions for Engraving – Lion Design

Import the Design

Upload the image into xTool Creative Space.

Place the design in the desired position on the workspace.

Mode Settings

On the right panel, set Image → Output: ON.

Click Engrave.

Reference Setup

Use the One-click set function to adjust the laser head height.

Make sure the material surface is flat and clean.

Engraving Parameters (from screenshot)

Power (%): 95%

Speed (mm/s): 30 mm/s

Pass: 1 (single pass)

Bitmap mode: Jarvis (recommended for realistic and detailed images)

Lines per cm: 160 (fine detail)

Engraving mode: Bi-directional (faster engraving)

Preview and Check

Use Preview processing results to see the simulation.

Make sure the design is in the correct size (example: approx. 96 × 212 mm).

Engraving

Start the engraving process.

After completion, check the result and, if necessary, repeat with adjusted parameters (e.g., higher resolution or more passes for a darker outcome).
