Step1: cut & engraving the bottom of the puzzle
The first step is to engrave the bottom of the puzzle and cut around the edges.
You can use an old, dry toothbrush to brush the engraved puzzle pieces, to remove the ash caused by cutting and engraving, and to keep them clean.
Briefly run very fine emery cloth or sandpaper over and around the edge of each puzzle piece, to remove splinters and make it easier to fit the puzzle pieces together.

La 1ère opération consiste à graver le fond du puzzle et à découper le tour.
Vous pouvez utiliser une vieille brosse à dent sèche pour brosser les pièces du puzzle gravées, afin de retirer la cendre due à la découpe et au gravage pour ne pas salir.
Passer succinctement une toile émeri très fine ou papier de verre très fin sur chaque pièce du puzzle et tout autour de la tranche, pour éliminer les échardes de bois et faciliter l'emboitage des pièces du puzzle l'une par rapport aux autres.

Step3: Puzzle background frame border
Cut four sticks at a 45° angle.
These four sticks should be glued to the engraved bottom of the puzzle to hold the puzzle pieces in place and held tight with clothespins, for example, while the glue dries.

Il faut découper 4 baguettes à angle de 45°.
Ces 4 baguettes devront être collées sur le fond gravé du puzzle pour caler les pièces du puzzle et maintenues serrées à l'aide de pince à linge par exemple le temps du sechage de la colle.
