Step1: Cables

First, pass the USB cable through the circle, as shown in the picture.

Step2: First lateral Part

Connect the first side piece, making sure to insert it correctly into the joint.

Step3: Top

Add the top piece while keeping the bottom part in the right position.

Insert the second side piece, as shown in the picture. You may need to gently force the joint to lock it into place.
