A plane puzzle toy. Easy and quick to assemble and takes little material to make. The wheels also spin.
Laser cut the parts. I recommend you sort the pieces. There are a few circular pieces that are very similar but have different size holes.
Glue the side body panels to the main center body and install the bottom bracket as in the pictures. Make sure everything is well aligned.
Add the two vertical supports, one on each side, as in the picture.
Add the wing on top of the assembly. Make sure it is aligned with the rest of the plane.
Add the back wing (horizontal stabilizer) as in the picture. Again, make sure it is aligned with the rest of the plane.
Add two circular pieces with the larger holes on to the front of the plane to make the nose.
I recommend you sand the outer perimeter of the smaller circular pieces you have left and the inner perimeter of the largest. This will make the wheel turn smoother.
Glue the smaller circular pieces on to the plane as in the picture.
Add the larger circular piece over it. This piece should not be glued and can spin.
Glue the middle sized circular piece to keep the spinning piece in place. Make sure you don't get any glue on to the spinning piece. Once you add the outside piece, try turning the wheel to make sure it spins freely.
Once the glue is dry, you are ready to play with it.
