- Endure the surface is flat and properly aligned to avoid distoration in the engraving process.

- In XCS Software choose ROCK from the materials library.
- Take your picture and confirm thickness settings if prompted.

Step3: Apply Engraving Settings
Preview
Use the following parameters for optimnal results:
- Laser Type: Blue Light
- Power: 55%
- DPI: 350
- Dot Duration: 190
- Passes: 1
Note: This specific job took 17 minutes on our machine. Run time may vary depending on your system and calibration.

Step4: Personalization
- If personalizing add names/dates to the bottom section of the design before starting the engrave.
- Check alignment to ensure the text is centered to the design.
- Please make sure you frame!

Step5: Start the EngravingPre
- Preview the job frame to confirm correct placement.
- Begin the engraving process.
- Monitor during the first minute to confirm proper burn depth and clarity.

Step6: Post-Process & Quality Check
- When finished carefully remove the stone from the machine.
- Wipe the engraved surface with a soft cloth to remove debris or dust from the workpiece.
- Inspect for clear visibility of text and imagery, no double burn makers or misalignment and even engraving depth.
