Step-by-Step Instructions:
Design Preparation
Create a vector file with a circular shape, “RC CLUB” text on top, “2025” on bottom, and an off-road vehicle in the center.
Add an 8 mm hole for a ribbon.
Material Setup
Place 3 mm birch plywood on the laser bed.
Optionally apply masking tape for cleaner engraving.
Engraving
Engrave the car, text, and year first.
Check depth and contrast.
Cutting
Cut the outer circle and the ribbon hole.
Finishing
Remove masking, sand edges lightly.
Optionally apply oil or varnish.
Attach the ribbon.
