Information

      I was curious to do some more exploration of the living hinge concept, so started to conceptualize this box. Will in the future add designs to the top if I give these as gifts.

Instruction

Step1: Check And Customize File

Add any design you would like to the lid (with the tab). 

Check settings for your machine and run.

Step2: Soak the Hinge

Place the lid/hinge/bottom in warm water for about 5-10 minutes to allow it to be more flexible

Step3: Assemble

Glue the rest of the box together and into the holes on the bottom of the box. Fold the lid over using the tab to line everything up correctly and place something heavy on top to keep everything lined up while the hinge and glue both dry.
