Information

I designed this jig myself because ready-made ones are often overpriced and rarely match the exact needs for card production. In my own business, I produce a large number of business cards and club membership cards, so I needed a reliable, efficient, and cost-effective solution.

This jig is perfectly sized (86×54 mm cards) and ready to use — no modifications needed. Simply download the file, cut it from 3 mm normal plywood, and you’re ready to start. You’ll only need some bolts for assembly.

The layout is compact and optimized — I spent a lot of time fine-tuning the parameters to ensure nothing burns during cutting and all fine lines are preserved. It’s been thoroughly tested in real production for my own business.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask — I’m happy to help.
