Project Name: Flower-Shaped Tealight Holder – Laser Cut Template

Material: 3 mm plywood (birch recommended)

Machine: xTool S1 – 10W diode laser module

Settings:

Cut (Red Lines): Power 100%, Speed 5 mm/s, Passes: 1

Score (Blue Lines): Power 55%, Speed 40 mm/s, Passes: 1

Air Assist: ON

Instructions:

Place and secure a flat 3 mm plywood sheet on the honeycomb panel inside the S1 enclosure.

Import the design into xTool Creative Space (XCS).

Assign Cut to all red lines and Score to all blue lines.

Set the correct material thickness in XCS (3 mm) and auto-focus the S1 laser head.

Enable Air Assist for cleaner cuts and less charring.

Run the Score layer first, then the Cut layer.

Carefully remove all parts from the board after cutting.

Assemble by inserting the petal segments into the two circular slotted base pieces, alternating petal sizes.

Place a tealight candle (preferably LED) in the center.

Safety Tip: Always operate with the enclosure closed, never leave the laser unattended, and supervise any open flame if using real candles.
