Download XCS file and “Poker Chip Ring”. If you edit the jpg and replace it with the engrave blank layer, the laser engraver will process all at one time. I find it easier to customize first but it's a matter of preference.

If you plan to make the project double sided, secure the material prior to starting so you can flip the chip once the firs side has ben done. When processing the second side, don't forget to select “Ignore” for the layers/elements you don't want to process like the “Cut” element.

These settings are for 3mm Basswood and may need to be adjusted depending on preference and material.
