Information
These poker chips can be customized as business cards, wedding gifts, coupon tokens or poker chips. The design includes the outer ring engraving and the cut. Standard poker chips are 39mm but there are some other chips that are 48mm for referance.

Step1: Download the XCS file and open in xTool Creative Space

Download XCS file and “Poker Chip Ring”. If you edit the jpg and replace it with the engrave blank layer, the laser engraver will process all at one time. I find it easier to customize first but it's a matter of preference.

Step2: Add text or image to customize

If you plan to make the project double sided, secure the material prior to starting so you can flip the chip once the firs side has ben done. When processing the second side, don't forget to select “Ignore” for the layers/elements you don't want to process like the “Cut” element.
