Reward third place with this minimalist laser-cut wooden trophy. Featuring a clear “3rd” engraving and a slot-fit base, it’s ideal for events, tournaments, or fun competitions.

🛠️ Materials & Tools:
3 mm birch plywood
xTool S1 (20W)
Air Assist (Auto mode)
Masking paper or transfer tape (optional for clean engraving)
🧰 Laser Settings:
Cutting:
Power: 100%
Speed: 6–10 mm/s
Engraving:
Power: 35–40%
Speed: 120 mm/s
🧾 Steps:
Modify the vector design to include the “3rd” engraving.
Center the text on the trophy shape in your design software.
Place masking tape if cleaner engraving is preferred.
Run engraving first, followed by cutting both trophy and base.
Fit the base into the slot – glue is not required.
Optionally finish with natural oil or wood sealant.
