🛠️ Production steps:
Design the trophy shape and base in vector software (e.g., LightBurn or XCS).
Use 3 mm birch plywood.
Laser settings (xTool S1 20W):
Cutting: 100% power, 6–10 mm/s
Engraving: 35–40% power, 120 mm/s
Align engraving of the “1st” text centrally on the cup shape.
Cut both parts – trophy and base.
Slot pieces together – no glue needed.
Optionally finish with wood oil or paint.
