The patches were purchased off of Amazon. I ran a test grid for each color and I found (for my machine) the 40% power and 400 speed worked on all patches.
Almost every design option is an “image” and not a vector, but they worked just as well!
- After placing patches in machine, be sure to run a measure test (I use the Auto-Measure option)
- Next, mark your processing area (please make sure to process INSIDE the stitching line. This will help make sure the stitching design stays intact and doesn't run in with the image)
- Set the image inside your processing marks (stretch and adjust image(s) as needed)
- Make sure the power and speed are set up (it might vary a little differently than my setting, but I still left my setting info in the xcs file)
- Finally, close the lid and process
These do have their own adhesives on the back of the patches, but I have come to find that they come off after awhile. So, I use a little bit of super glue on the back of the patch before applying them onto the beanies.
