Made a couple Bunny peekers 1 for a girl and one for a boy designed completely with XCS software.
Step 1) This project is creating the bunny peeker completely from scratch, so the first thing is a heart is needed from the shapes list this heart gets copied and pasted to make 2. Then the hearts are placed side by side overlapping in the middle. A small oval is created from the insert button and is placed at the bottom. All of this is high lighted and the combine feature is used to unite the pieces. Now it has created the first foot. A second one is made by copy nd pasting.
Step 2) Now we have the 2 feet so it is on to make the face of the bunny, this is done with an oval created by the insert button, a second one is needed so both of them are place together on a slight angle, the reflect button helps to get the 2 same angles. A third smaller oval is also needed and it is placed along the bottom. all of this is united with the combined feature.
Step 3) Now the feet and face are ready it is time for the ears. These will need several ovals of different sizes, these are created from the insert button and some are from copy and pasting the ones in use. The first ear is simple it is 2 different size ovals on top of each other. The main outside of the ear is placed on to the face. The second ear is a bit more involved, the same thing as the first ear but this time a second oval on an angle is added facing out. This is combine and united to create a floppy ear. The the inside portion of the ear is made by yet another oval and placing it matching the angle of the floppy part of the ear. This however is subtracted from the oval and not united. Then the inside part of the ear is placed inside of the second ear. Now the 2 ears are made so the feet, face and both outside parts of the ears are all high lighted and with the combine feature are united to make up the bunny.
Step 4) Now the nose is created, I made the nose with the capital letter K, this is turned sideways and is copy and pasted then the second one is reversed. The 2 are overlapped in the middle and are united. The size lock is un-locked so it can be stretched out and shortened. A heart is added from the shapes list and placed right in the middle. all of this in united as well.
Step 5) Now we need eyes, these are simply made from yet more small ovals and circles. The insert button supplies these and they are placed on top of each other and with the combine button are subtracted taking away the small oval on the bottom. Now that the eye is ready it is copy and pasted to created the second eye and is placed in the proper place.
Step 6) So now we have pretty much the bunny peeker, The boy bunny needs a bow tie. This is created with a heart again from the shapes list, this heart is copied and pasted and they are both placed end for end to each other. With the center of the bow tie the capital letter V is used the same way the letter K was used for the nose. so the V's are placed together at the bottom and are turned sideways. they are both united together to created an X shape. this is placed inside the bow tie. Then the bow tie is resized to fit the bunny peeker.
Step 7) Now everything is ready, the option is to have the inside of the ears, nose and eyes to be engraved or to be cut so you make a 2 layer bunny peeker. The bow ties is also optional for the boy. The colors are also your choice they can be anything you like i just went with pink and blue. If the 2 layer option is used the extra pieces are cut out and glued over the scored area's.
