I purchased the design from Etsy. She did a really great job of providing these trees in different sizes. They lay flat but you can slide them together.
It took the laser cutter a while, but they are worth it!

I try to get the most out of every piece of wood so I will add earrings or other things I know I might add to projects. Or just shapes for my son to paint/do.

I get all the little pieces out and then stain them.

I spray with a clear polyurethane. An indoor one would be fine.

Put together and voila! They do come with a circle base, but I think they look better without.
