Nightmare before Christmas - Laser Engraved Wooden Plaque To My Wife Inspirational Quote instruction: step 1 -
Preview

I glued up a panel board and cut the shape with my table saw. After that I sanded with 80/220 Grit sand paper then I dialed in my S1 40 machine to engrave and score the perimeter to help it pop. After engraving I wiped with alcohol and then mineral oil for a beautiful but nontoxic finish.
