A dear friend of mine asked me to make a picture frame of the dog, featuring the dog in the picture with her graphic likeness.
I made the graphic based on the picture, then the silhouette from it. I wrote the dog's name (Folti), and added it to the graphic. I've made many photo frames before, so I had a basis for it. I just had to place the graphic on top of the picture frame.
I set up the machine and cut out all the pieces. (I accidentally started painting here when I realized I should take photos.)
I painted the top layer of the dog and its name, and the bone and paws.
I glued the painted layer to the frame, while the frame and backrest needed to hold the picture went on the back. I also glued the support for the photo holder together as shown in the picture, then it went on the back.
