Open XCS and loaded the clip art I wanted, then found the bible verses I needed to complete this project. I arranged them on the work area like I wanted them, after typing all the different verses. Then found a boarder I wanted then clicked on the off set and outlined the boarder changed the settings to outside only and clicked save and made it cut the outline. Each phot has the settings in them. The settings in the pictures are not correct, I changed them after the pictures were taken. This could also be done on slate without the cutout of course.
