I designed this basket for my little ones to pack full of all their Father's Day drawings and projects they've made for their dad. It fits drawings, keychains, koozies, magnets, and even a rolled up t-shirt. Measurements (approx.): 5.75in tall 6.75in long 3.5in wide Measurements can be downsized or upsized but remember to change your attachment holes (video on how to do this included). SVG also included.2025fathersdaycontest
The video attached shows the exact process I used to build my basket, from bottom to top.
You'll notice I first painted my “DAD” letters before gluing them to the basket.
You can glue your sides into the attachment holes if preferred.
Tip: measure the wood you will be using to determine the attachment hole sizes.
To change your attachment hole sizing, click on the piece you need to change.
After clicking the piece, go to the top of XCS and click “edit nodes”.
Highlight the exact nodes (full side) in which you need to move and all nodes will move together, saving you time and work.
