Tutorial how to make Wall Holder for your keys
Import Key.svg shape
Select key Shape and set Outline to 10
Select Outlined shape and Move to another color layer as Cut layer
Insert Text and move it on top of key holder as Family name. You need to able to touch Text with key Shape otherwise Unit will not affect to final result
Insert four Circles for mounting screws. Two Circles will be 5mm on top and two Circles will be 3mm on bottom Shape
Insert four Hexagon Shapes and move it on bottom of key holder as keys holder
Select Outlined key Shape (blue marker) and Copy → Paste. Move it exactly to same position
Select Outlined key Shape, two inner 3mm Circles (blue marker) and move all shapes down. This will be used as BOTTOM part of Key Wall Holder
Select one Hexagon Shape (blue marker) and Copy → Paste
Insert Circle, choose your hole size from keys and move it to Hexagon Shape. This will be used as hole to key as keychain for our Key Wall Holder
Select final Hexagon keychain (blue marker) and Copy → Paste two times (you need three)
HINT: You can place photo, text or shape to Hexagon Shape as identification for your keys :-)
Select Outlined key Shape, three Hexagons (blue marker) and Combine → Substract
Select Outlined key Shape, Text (blue marker) and Combine → Unite
Check if your Text is United right. Must be in one piece with key Shape
You are Done :-) You need glue TOP and BOTTOM piece together with glue. I used Patex glue for wood.
HINT: You can use blank space on TOP key part for engraving family names :-)
Red lines are for cutting and blue lines are for scoring
For 4mm Poplar Plywood I used: For cutting: 100%power|4mm/s speed and 1pass AIR ASSIST ON, For Engraving and Scoring: 55% power|70mm/s speed AIR ASSIST ON
