Heart with Angel Wings

Insert Heart shape. Import SVG file with Wing. You can download wing in Design files

Select Wing → Copy and Paste it to canvas.

You must Reflect second Wing Horizontally to do shapes exactly identical

Move Wings shape as you want to Heart Shape

Insert Text → choose your own font and size

Insert Rectangle and make it as holder for Text and Heart shape. Text, Rectangle holder and Wings must touch together (blue marker) to have all piece in one group 

Insert Rectangle for Heart stand. Make sure Rectangle Height is your material thickness

Move Rectangle to touch Heart shape in the bottom

Insert Rectangle for bottom stand. HINT: You can use corner radius for Rectangle to make it nice

Copy Heart stand Rectangle → Paste to canvas and use it to bottom stand Rectangle. You can center both Rectangles with Align horizontally and vertically to make sure you have stand properly centered

Select all Heart shapes (two Wings, Heart shape, Text, Text holder Rectangle, Heart stand Rectangle and Unite

You are done :-)

HINT: You can use Text, Graphic or Photo inside Heart shape and engrave it to make it even better!
