I've included a large honey comb in the second canvas so you can easily fit the appropriate amount of students if it isn't 20 like mine. 

Resize the cut out rectangles to fit the honey comb to your likings. 

Change the text and mascot

I engraved the border to make it easier to glue the cutouts in place. 

Paint everything except the small cut outs that will be glued in place. 

I found it easier to paint the small components with acrylic markers AFTER glued in place.

Finally, add a clear coat and youre done.
