Minimum Laser Bed Size: 300 mm × 300 mm
Ensure your laser cutter’s working area is at least 300×300 mm. Smaller machines may not accommodate the largest parts.

📐 Scaling Instructions (for other material thicknesses)
If you plan to use different material thicknesses, scale the entire design proportionally:
For 2 mm boards: 2 ÷ 3 = 0.6667 → Scale to 66.67%
For 4 mm boards: 4 ÷ 3 = 1.3333 → Scale to 133.33%
⚠️ IMPORTANT: After scaling, your laser cutter will require a correspondingly larger working area.
At 66.67%, minimum bed size becomes approximately 200 × 146 mm.
At 133.33%, minimum bed size becomes approximately 293 × 293 mm.
Please ensure your machine’s travel matches the scaled dimensions to avoid cutting errors.
