Highland Cow Valentines Door Hanger

      I made so many of these with red as the primary color in 10” rounds. My friend asked if I could make one that looked more like a man because her husband loved highland cows. She also said she needed the biggest one-18”!! My machine doesn’t cut 18” but I said sure I will do it! 
I have D1pro 20 watt. 

I bought an 18” round pre cut and positioned it slightly off the bottom of the honeycomb to engrave the words in the right spot. Then I began to cut the words, cow, scarf, heart and headband out on different pieces of wood. I stained the back layer and put a white wash over it and painted the rest. The hair and nose are left natural. I then hot glued all the pieces and viola! He loves it so that is a win in my book!
