Crafted with care and designed to last, The Heritage Trowel blends timeless elegance with botanical charm. Its finely etched message — “Let’s grow together” — is more than a phrase; it’s an invitation to nurture, to create, and to connect with nature. It also mentions, that we grow with the plantet plants. The wooden handle rests warmly in hand, while the stainless steel blade carries a graceful vine motif — a symbol of growth, patience, and beauty. Whether gifted or used, this trowel is not just a garden tool, but a reminder: that what we plant today can bloom into something enduring, together.
Place the trowel with the center of its metal surface flat on the laser’s work area. Make sure the processing mode is set to curved material.
Now it´s time to do the curve measure so click on the curve Measure icon directly beside the processing mode button. And follow the steps as instructed in XCS.
Make sure that the corners while framing do not go above the edges of the trowel. Otherwise measuring will fail with an error.
If you are happy with your framing, click “Next” and go on.
Now you need to set the measurement density. I picked 11 rows and 9 columns.
the more poins you make the longer it will take to measure. (I guess that the total engraving time will be longer too… but not sure)
if you have choosen the desired density click “start measuring”.
Now the laser will measure every point automaticly.
If measuring went well you´ll see this window where you can see the result of it as a mesh. here you can make final Adjusments or measure single points again if you want or need.
I simply clicked done.
Now you should see this.
The engravings should be in the highlighted area.
after that you can make adjustments to the engraving settings and start engraving.
(my trowel isn´t a glossy one so if yours looks different you need to adjust the settings ;) )
note: in the curved processing mode, you don´t see how much time is left and also no estimatet time ;)
