      This project involved creating a playful and eye-catching ice cream-themed sign using the xTool S1 10W diode laser. The design featured layered laser-cut wood elements (such as an ice cream cone and scoops) for a 3D effect, paired with pastel colors and handwritten-style lettering to give it a cheerful, summery vibe. The materials used were basswood plywood and acrylic paints, with each layer cut precisely and assembled for a polished, dimensional look. The sign was ideal for shop decor, dessert events, or summer displays.
