The 6mm 16" round (base) I used was pre-cut and purchased from kandgmakeit.com. The project can be sized to any size you desire on the first canvas but you will need to make sure not to use the two cutting canvases I provided because they are sized to fit the 16 inch base. Laser time was about 18 minutes total with the settings I used.

Note: The picture with the blue painter's tape was made in two separate cuts so I could move my board without taking out the pieces I already cut. (I need to learn to use TABS!)

I used acrylic paint (2 coats) with a paint roller to paint the large pieces and make-up sponges (Amazon) to apply two coats to the flowers.

Some of the flowers have a base that do not need paint because were made to make them a layer higher. Tip: The outline feature in XCS is great for this if you want to add more.

Step3: Last Steps

I sprayed two layers of Rust-oleum gloss clear to make the door hanger more weather resistant and make it shiny.

I added a coordinating ribbon to hang it and may add a bow.
