Open xcs software and import xcs or svg file. Measure frame width and adjust mesurments accordingly. Check the setting to make sure that they work with you laser machine. I like to do a faster cut on acrylic and two passes with air assist for a cleaner cut so it does not melt. Size can be changed to bigger of smaller. Lay acrylic on honeycomb and adjust laser accordingly.
