Information

I made these little quote designs inspired by the way messages can feel even more special when they’re written on something natural—like a leaf. 🌿

This is a free digital bundle with 4 quote designs that look like they’ve been laser engraved on real leaves. You can use them for fun DIY projects, laser cutting, Cricut, cards, or just to share something sweet with someone.

The quotes say:

You’re My Favorite Season

You’re Unbe-leaf-able!

I’m Falling for You

Rooting for You

You'll get:

4 SVG files (ready for cutting or engraving)

No physical item – just download, create, and enjoy. 💚

Feel free to use them however you like for personal projects. If they make you smile, that’s all I was hoping for. ☺️

Step1: 🍃 What You’ll Need + How to Make Your Own Engraved Leaves!

I’ve tried all sorts of different leaves — and to be honest, I’m not 100% sure what kind these are 😅
But I can recommend trying pothos leaves too! Basically, as long as the leaves are somewhat thick and not too delicate, they should work just fine. If they’re too thin, they might tear.

I used the xTool M1 Ultra (20W), but you can try this with whatever laser machine you have!

1. Take a walk to the park and find your favorite leaves!
Look for ones that are healthy, smooth, and not too brittle.

2. Wash them gently and let them dry completely.
Make sure there’s no dirt or moisture left before engraving.

3. Bring the design into xTool Creative Space or open the .xTool file provided.
I like to use a tiny bit of tape and stick the leaves (just the corners!) onto a piece of scrapbook paper I saved for projects like this.

4. Set it up in your laser machine.
I use the xTool M1 Ultra, but feel free to adjust based on your machine.
Check your mark processing area and make sure it’s focused properly.

Here are the settings I used for this specific leaf type:

Power: 33%

Speed: 100

Lines per cm: 100

Hit Process — and that’s it! It should take about 3–5 minutes, depending on the size of your leaf.

Hope you get some beautiful results! 🍂
And if it doesn’t work out perfectly the first time, try different leaves or adjust the settings a little. Nature’s unpredictable — that’s part of the fun. 💚
