Fiber Laser Stainless steel color test files. 30kHz - 60kHz 240 lines test files are included, giving you 31 different tests to test with. 180 mm x 180 mm material is required. The run time is 3 h 14 min
**Caution** This will cost a lot of money and time to run every different frequency from 30 - 60, so please share your results to help build a color reference chart
Stainless test files are for use on 180 mm x 180 mm testing material. You might be able to squeeze it on 175 mm x 175 mm if you are great at lining things up, but it was designed to be used with 180 mm for easier alignment.
Instruction
Step1
Get your hands on 31 piece stainless steel 180mm x 180mm, or you can pick the files you want to run out of the 31 included
Step2
Load F1 Ultra - Stainless test 30 kHz.xcs
Step3
Place your material on the work surface and using framing line it up so it fits on your material
Step4
Close the cover and run the loaded file
Step5
Wait 3 hours and 14ish minutes, so grab a snack
Step6
Once completed, open the cover and remove the testing material ***CAUTION THE MATERIAL MAY BE HOT***
Step7
Inspect the stainless material for the different colors, if you find your color, enjoy.
If color is not found continue to the next step
Step8
Load the next file F1 Ultra - Stainless test 31,32,33, etc
Step9
Return to and run from step 3 and continue testing until your color is found.
Step10
