P2 Screen Printer Fixtures

If you have a P2 machine with a riser and a screen printing machine, and want to experience multi-color overprinting, this project can help you solve the positioning problem of engraving screen printing plates.
Import the file into XCS software and cut it.
Assemble the cut wooden boards. To enhance the strength, assemble two of them together.
Combine the fasteners to fix the P2 chassis edge with the fixed mesh frame.
Note
1. It needs to be as stable as possible after assembly, and you can consider reinforcing it with glue.
2. When using this for positioning, pay attention to the orientation of the baseplate, which is stuck in the baseplate groove, ensure that it functions as a positioning tool by closely aligning with the corresponding edge of the P2 model.
3. Due to the use of approximately 3mm wooden materials, there may be deformation over a long period of time. It is not recommended to use it more than 30 times. If you find that the fixing effect is not good, it is recommended to recreate it.
