Customized Flasks

This is a very simple how to.

1 Decide what you want to engrave on the flask

2 Select the font or fonts you would like to use

3 Select your layout

4 Once you have all the above done, you want to turn on the F1 and adjust the focus to the material being used. The focus can be adjusted by turning the knob on the right side of the F1 till the blue and red light are on top of each other.

5 Set your framing and adjust as needed to fit on the material.

6 Select the settings. After several tests, the settings that have worked for me with the white flasks are  IR Power 70%  Speed 150  2 Passes  Bi Directional  100 lines per cm.

7 Frame one more time to be sure. Click Process , Click Start in the top right corner of XCS and when it beeps click Start on the F1.
