Just in time for Passover, the Jewish celebration of freedom! A very simple waving Israeli flag. Display it proudly! Feel free to substitute translucent acrylics for a "stained glass" effect. Am Yisrael Chai!
Cut the white and blue parts of the flag from their respective acrylics.
Note that the white acrylic will be scored with a guide for placement of the blue Magen David during assembly.
This file will cut 2 copies of the Magen David so that one can be placed on the back of the acrylic, enabling a full flag on both sides.
Optional: Cut an outline of the flag from black or another dark acrylic. If using this, I recommend placing 3M tape on the back of the acrylic before use. Cut 2 copies - one for each side of the flag.
Glue the parts of the flag together using a clear drying glue with a precision nozzle. Note that the the Magen David for the “back” of the flag should be glued with the bottom side up so as to give the correct wave appearance.
Optional: Attach the black acrylic outlines to each side of the flag. This will give it more of a “stained glass” effect.
Display proudly!
