Step1: All is explained in the description.

Hi guys, I didn't really have a making procedure I forgot to take photos, I lasered it at the setting provided. I used a soft brush to get rid of ALL the dust, then A Black and decker mouse palm sander with 120 grade paper all over to bring out the edged of the cap badge nice and crisp.  Thoroughly dusted it and used 220 paper to finish it smooth, in hindsight, I probably should have gone to 320 then 400 for a PERFECT finish but now I know for the future

Cleaned it thoroughly from dust once again.  Then used Furniture Clinic food grade cutting board oil , nice thick all over layer with a rag and smoothed in with a sponge, let it dry for a day or 2, once soaked in, same again.

DO NOT USE A YELLOW DUSTER RAG TO WIPE IT DOWN!!! THE FLUFF WILL GET EVERYWHERE!!!

I think it came out alright to be honest and he's pretty happy so that's the main thing!
