Heart-shaped earrings with polka dot design
Instruction
Made a heart shaped earring with 2 ayers of acrylic staced on top of each other.
- Since I'm making a two tone pair, I wanted to cut both sides out at the same time.
2. lay the two peices of accrylic you've pick for yor project side by side in your machine.
3. Place the design with the holes on your top choice, and the one without holes on the one you want at the bottom.
4. Use your red cross positioning as a guide to help you place your design. To make sure my design are not off my material, I place the red crosssmark on the middle line of the 2 acrylics and line it to the very top. I then place my designs on either side of it making the top on the design lign up to it.
- select the right parameters to cut your specific acrylic. ( different color needs different power, speed, ect.)
- frame your design to make sure it aligns right on your material.
- process your design.
Once your project is cut take it out and clean it. Glue your desired peices together making sure the one with all the holes is on top. let dry for the alloted time recommend for the glue you are using. Once dry add your jump rings and earwire and other findings of your choosing. ENJOY
