A set of 15 herb markers for your herb garden/pots. I used 4.5" x 4.5" 3mm Basswood which comes in packs of 6 from Dollar Tree so I have them separated out in groups of 3 as well as having all 15 on one canvas. I prefers scoring over engraving for Basswood so the border and names have been set to score, but they can be easily changed to engrave.
Open the file in XCS. The first canvas is all 15 herb markers and will fit on a 12 x 12 sheet of 3mm Basswood. The remaining Canvases are groupings of 3 markers which will fit on a 4.5 x 4.5 sheet of Basswood. (Packages of 6 available in the craft section of some Dollar Tree stores).
If you would like to change the names on the markers, ungroup the marker and select the text and edit. I have used the Lato font that is included in the XCS software. It is generally set to 26pt, but may need to go to a smaller point size for longer names.
Cut lines are marked in red and score lines are marked in blue. I prefer score over engrave for smaller Basswood projects. You can select the Score selection and change to engrave if you prefer.
I have used the default settings for 3mm Basswood. Pieces vary and some do not always cut clean. I usually find that I can trim with an Exacto knife to finish the cut and typically slow the speed down from 15 to 12 on the S1 for the next cut.
