      This project was inspired by the saying that my friend and I use, "The best day is when your making sawdust". I made this with my Xtool D1 Pro and then gave it to him to hang in his shop.

Step1

After editing the design that AI provided to fit the parameters for the Xtool. I rand two copies of the piece one in dark walnut and one in regular basswood. I also cut the backer out of walnut basswood. I then assembled the piece together and gave 2 spray poly so that the scoring did not run. The i applied 5 coats of poly by brush.
