You will cut out the following pieces: 

1. 3 Gnome Hats (Valentines Hat with heart top, New Years Hat with Start Top, and Christmas top with engraving)
2. Basic Heart
3. Heart with “Love”
4. Year 2024
5. Gnome Body
6. Beard
7. Spacer 
8. Nose 
9. Base (top with slit and bottom without slit)

1. Please select your desired colors for the different pieces.  I selected a darker blue-gray for the body to match different events.
2. I painted each had differently with the 2024 New Years hat with Violet for the “Color of 2024 Good Luck”

Body / Base:

1. Base
   1. The larger base layer is the bottom.  The piece with the slit should be glued to the top 
2. Body
   1. The spacer (piece with the square cut out of the beard) is glued to the front of the gnome body about halfway up (the ‘hair’ curls line up)
   2. Glue the beard over the spacer (this give you the 1/8 space to allow the hats to be put in and removed). 
   3. Glue the nose to the oval area of the beard 
3. Body and Base
   1. After the glue has set, glue the ‘lip’ at the bottom of the gnome body into the slit on the base. Allow it to set
4. Hats
   1. Christmas hat is engraved 
   2. New Years Hat has the star with no engraving.  Glue the “2024” to the hat toward the top 
   3. Valentine's Hat has the heart at the top - glue the small heart to the top.  Glue the “Love” Heart toward the upper part of the hat
