Step1: Stain your boards, I used Walnut stain, let it dry

Stain your boards and let them dry

Step2: Use Polycrylic or any other finish you want, let it dry at least 1 hour

Finish your boards, best if you want to engrave them as well

Step3: Add a name in XCS

Open File in XCS, chose name, place it in opening. Move the name so it slightly overlaps with the shape. Select both and click “Combine” then select subtract.

Cut the front and mirror image from your plywood

Step4: Select any image to print transparency

I used an Epson printer with transparency settings, you can purchase a stained glass type jpg look for this. Let is dry for an hour or so.

Step5: Cut the circle with the blade on M1

Cut the circle with the blade, you might need to adjust your settings depending on which transparency you get.

Step6: Glue it!

Put the tranparency between the two cut plywood pieces and glue them together! I used superglue
