Always up for Easter egg hunts so why not add one. The kids will have a chance to look for the eggs in the design and for those that like to color in - they get to have fun too. Really easy project.
You will need to decide if you want to create large versions of the three easter egg hunt boards or three small versions that can fit onto one 15 by 15 basswood board (Canvas 4). Remember that you can view canvases by pressing on the canvas title.
As with all your projects, place your basswood board onto the processing plate. Select the ruler button to get the autofocus level done. Next set the processing area of the board - select the golf flag icon and the rectangle (if using a new board) - select one corner, enter, then the next. The complete.
Once you are set, check the processing area by pressing the framing icon on the right. The basswood settings for engraving an cutting should be set. (You will need to adjust the parameters if you are using a different material).
Process.
Give the kids (or yourself) a set of markers, paintbrushes, etc. and color away.
For a game - see who can find the most eggs in the shortest amount of time.
Have fun!
