I inserted an image of the lightbulb and removed the background.

Then inserted an image of the eyes and mouth and placed it in the lightbulb.

Step2: adding the legs/feet

Inserted an image of the leg/foot and clicked on outline and set it to zero.

I then put the outline under the image of the lightbulb, so i could see where i wanted the holes to be.

I right clicked on the leg/foot and did a copy and paste, so i have 2 legs/feet. Then i highlighted one and clicked on reflect, horizontal, so i have 2 opposite legs/feet.

Then i inserted a small circle and placed it under the top part of the leg. I copied and pasted the circle 3 times more,

and placed the other circle on the top part of the other leg. I grouped them, so they can't move.

The other 2 circles i place on the bottom part of the lightbulb.

I highlighted the lightbulb and clicked on outline and set it to zero. I unmarked the inner line.

Since the hanging part on top was closed, I inserted a half circle and adjusted it so it would fit in the hanging part.

Step4: Coloring and Putting the lightbulb together

After it was engraved and cut out, I colored the lightbulb and the legs/feet with sharpie markers.

Then i used the hoop rings, to attach each leg to the lightbulb and also added one on the top.

Added a rope to the top ring and it's ready to hang.
