Information
I made a large acacia wood cutting board for my daughter & son-in-love for Christmas with handwritten recipes from my family of some of her favorite dishes, and his family's Saturday Pizza Night tradition. They loved it! It took a bit to make, but it was well worth it!

Step1: Scan in Handwritten Recipes
I used my scanner to create pdf scans of the recipes

Step2: Used Silhouette Studio Business Edition to create SVG
I screenshot the pdf and pulled the photo into Silhouette Studio and traced and created an SVG file to use in XCS.

Step3: Upload to XCS and engrave board
I uploaded the SVG into XCS and engraved the recipes on the cutting board. I wiped it with water and a microfiber cloth to clean and applied butcher block conditioner to the board.
