I wanted to create my first project with patterned paper and it turned out great!

Step1
Before you cut the design, use a generous amount of Modpodge to glue your pattern paper to the area of wood you want to use.
Add another layer on top of the paper (this makes it easier to wipe off any charring).
Let the glue dry and cut as usual.
Easy peasy! :)
