I made this as a fun alternate to Dirty Santa for our family. We were originally going to play three rounds and changed it to five rounds. (We had Christmas early this year.)
I usually wait 24 hours after I stain wood before processing. After processing I immediately take projects to the kitchen sink and wash under running water to get the residue off then towel dry.
I rotated this project 90 degrees to get the maximum size in slats flat mode w/honeycomb and it was 11.25" wide by 13" high. I believe it took longer to process this way. Attempt #2 will be upright using conveyer so I can make it larger.
My favorite spot to spray aerosol is on my trashcan! I bring it into the garage to let it dry completely.
I use Starbond THICK from Amazon. It just takes one little dot per inch without leaving residue.
