I made a jig to hold wine stoppers for easy engraving. There are also 2 display holders for you to easily display the wine stoppers at craft shows or markets. The settings that I am using are for the D1 20 watt & F1 10 watt I have added them below. You may have to make changes to the settings if you use other xtool machines. I also have a jig to make 30 wine stoppers at one time if you would be interested in that please contact me and I will send you the file. I have added where I purchased the materials in the xcs file.

Cut out the wine stopper jig and display holder on the D1 then assemble them together.

Once you have assembled the wine stopper jig you can use it on the F1 10 watt to engrave. I left the outline for the top of the wine stopper jig on the canvas. That is what I use to align what I will be engraving on the wine stopper. Just make sure the blue circle is framed over the wine stopper and then insert what ever logo or design inside.

After you have engraved and assembled the displays you are ready to show off your custom designs at the craft shows you attend.
